Jimna State Forest is located at the south west of Kenilworth in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. This natural beauty features waterfalls, forests, creeks, cool swimming holes and lookouts.

Fraser Island is dubbed to be the largest sand island in the entire world. This island boasts a stretch of over 123 km along Queensland’s coast going towards the north of Noosa, Sunshine Coast. The long and white sandy beaches, sand blows, rainforest and lakes are few of the beautiful features that this island has to offer.

 

  1. Kondalilla Falls National Park

 

Kondalilla National Park is named after Kondalilla Falls. The waterfalls are located 90kms north of Brisbane in the Sunshine Coast hinterland and will give every visitor a beautiful scenic view to praise for.

 

  1. Lake Borumba

 

Lake Borumba is located at the south west of Imbil nestled inland from Noosa. It is surrounded by plantation forests and is the home for Mary River cod. If you want to have a piece of adventure, you can engage in water sports on the lake such as fishing and boating, or have a campsite at Yabba Creek which is located below the dam wall.
